CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING POLICY A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments, however, you may pay as you please upon arrival. Pre-booking is strongly suggested after your service before leaving to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you maintain & achieve results in a timely manner. CANCELLATION POLICY 48 hours prior to the appointment will not be charged cancellation fee. Last minute cancellations (not within the 48 hours of service time) will be charged 50% of the service. If you have to cancel your appointment due to being late that is considered a last minute cancellation NO CALL/ NO SHOW POLICY We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled & charged a “no-show” fee. Each appointment is scheduled with enough time for each client & stylists cannot run behind throughout the day. Please be on time. LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. In the event 48 hours notice is not given we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of scheduled services. There are too many sharp objects, chemicals, & hot tools and don’t want little ones getting hurt. We also want to accommodate to other guests and create a relaxing, pampering experience. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect. NO REFUNDS on services rendered or tips NO REFUNDS on products purchased NO REFUNDS on last minute cancellation fee No REFUNDS ON no call, no show fee NO EXCEPTIONS Do not wear anything that you don’t want dirty. Our stylist double cape every client. But sometimes accidents happen. We recommend that you wear something comfortable. Purses, bags, coats, etc need to be put out on the way of color & chemicals. We are not responsible for any damages.
